Honeycomb  Old Fashioned

Ingredients:

2 oz Bourbon
0.5 oz Honey Syrup (2:1 honey to water)
2 dashes Orange Bitters
Honeycomb Candy (for garnish)
Sugar for Rimming (optional, lightly caramelized with a kitchen torch)
Instructions:

Prep the Rim (Optional): Lightly moisten the rim of your rocks glass with a bit of water or honey syrup. Dip it in sugar and gently torch with a kitchen torch until caramelized and fragrant. Let it cool.
Mix the Cocktail: In a mixing glass filled with ice, combine bourbon, honey syrup, and orange bitters. Stir until well-chilled.
Strain & Serve: Strain into the prepared rocks glass over a large ice cube.
Garnish: Add a piece of honeycomb candy on top for a sweet crunch

Toasted Marshmallow Bourbon Cream

Ingredients:

2 oz bourbon

1 oz heavy cream

1 oz marshmallow syrup (or simple syrup)

Ice cubes

Garnish: Toasted marshmallow and a drizzle of caramel

How to Make It:

In a shaker, combine bourbon, heavy cream, and marshmallow syrup with ice. Shake until chilled and creamy.

Strain into a rocks glass over ice.

Garnish with a toasted marshmallow skewered on a stick and a drizzle of caramel for a cozy finish.
